Each session is tailored to the individual client's needs, and may vary depending on the specific issue or goal they wish to address.

During the initial consultation, we will discuss your needs and goals, including any triggers or areas of struggle. I will work with you to identify the root causes of your concerns and use hypnotherapy techniques to support your aspirations.

I will also work with you to identify your modality, which means that I will adapt my approach and script to suit your unique needs, personality, and style.

After the consultation, I will develop a personalised treatment plan, which may include homework or exercises to be completed between sessions. Some clients may find it beneficial to practice self-hypnosis between sessions, a recording can be provided to support this process.

Future sessions will be tailored to your individual needs, with bespoke scripts written following the initial consultation. We will review and adjust your treatment plan at the end of each session, ensuring that you are always making progress towards your goals.

It's important to note that hypnotherapy is not about mind control or stage hypnosis, but rather a collaborative process between us to overcome specific issues. As a fully qualified and ethical therapist, I create a comfortable and enabling environment, empowering you to take control of your thoughts and actions.

Hypnosis is a natural state that can be achieved through relaxation, and it's not about sleep or losing control. You are aware of your surroundings during trance and can choose to come out of hypnosis at any time.
